Ilaria Caputo was appointed CEO of ARC Europe in May 2022.

She joined ARC Europe as Chief Financial Officer in 2015 to support the acquisition of the participations of the Group Subsidiaries and to lead the creation of the Group through new financial processes, the management of the Finance Team and the harmonization of the financial reporting through the implementation of new planning and reporting tools.

She also supports the Insurance Development Strategy of the group, leading the Insurance Expert working group and being the Managing Director of the ARC Broker company. She is member of the Board of ACTA Assurance SA in charge of Internal Audit, and member of the Board of ATV Assurance, the insurance company of Touring Club Belgium. As member of the Management Board of ARC she is in charge of the Finance, Insurance, Legal, Compliance and M&A functions.

Prior joining ARC Europe she was Regional Finance Director of Europ Assistance Group and prior to that held several management positions in companies providing financial services, from consumer credit to leasing.
