Jakob Pfaudler

Jakob Pfaudler is CEO of the AA as of March 2021.

Jakob is a FTSE 30 transformative leader with extensive experience in Financial Services, Digital and large scale people leadership

Prior to joining the AA, Jakob held several senior management positions at Lloyds Banking Group most recently on the Group Executive Committee.  He also chaired the Lloyds Banking Group Customer First Committee and was a director of Scottish Widows.

Earlier in his career, Jakob spent time as a consultant for McKinsey & Co and at Goldman Sachs International.

Jakob has a background in physics, including a Doctorate and Masters in Theoretical Particle Physics from Oxford University.
