Jorge F. Delgado

Currently CEO and CIO at the Royal Automobile Club of Spain (RACE), Jorge is a Telecommunications Engineer by Trade, and holds a General Management Program by the IESE Business School, and postgraduate studies on Artificial Intelligence at the MIT.

Prior to RACE, Jorge has held several senior leadership positions in blue-chip multinationals including British American Tobacco (COO Iberia and Head of Lucky Strike for Greater Europe) Altadis/Imperial Tobacco or Procter & Gamble.

He is currently serving in the Boards of Directors of several organizations including: RACE, ARC Europe Group where he is Vice Chairman and Chairman of the Advisory Board, PAMK, – the leading independent roadside assistance organization in Russia, – and the RACE Foundation which recently appointed him as Trustee. He is also a personal member of the FIA World Council for Automobile, Mobility and Tourism.

An accomplished lecturer, he is frequently seen sharing his experiences on Leadership, Change Management, Business Turnarounds, Digital Transformation and Futurism, with audiences in both the Business and Academic worlds.
