Alexander Zerzaihi

Alexander Zerzaihi joined ARC Europe in 2001 as Service Quality Manager. His first assignment back then was to develop and implement a Network Service Provider auditing and quality monitoring system. After 5 years in the position of Director Operations and Network, with the mission to provide the “best in class” network of service providers to the members and customers of the ARC Europe Group for both personal and vehicle related mobility services, Alexander became COO of ARC Europe Group with the main focus of driving and executing the digital transformation of the service delivery operations within the ARC Europe Network.

Alexander acquired and built up his operational knowledge and skills during 8 years in several positions from call centre agent to operations manager, in the French operations  for ADAC and ACTA.
