Ersin KAYA

Ersin Kaya is a Senior IT Executive & technical expert with more than twenty years of experience in the IT,  and assistance (including mobility & connected services) sectors. He  started his career as a system admin in the late 90s and he worked in all core IT domains as both technical expert and team leader. From 2009 and onwards, he focused on using his technical expertise in different areas; where he developed innovative IT solutions for assistance (roadside, medical, Insurance and concierge), during his mission as IT director in Europ Assistance Turkey. Ersin Kaya joined ARC Europe back in 2017 as Head of Platform Development & Innovation. He has been the Group IT Director since 2021, and he is responsible for the whole IT organization and activities in all locations.
