Collected personal data: Data relating to navigation on website: time stamps, IP addresses, cookies (see above), access times and referring Web site addresses. 

Legal basis: This processing activity is based on ARC Europe’s legitimate interest. Without collecting this data, the navigation on the website is not possible. These personal data are used by ARC Europe for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the ARC Europe Web site.

Collected personal data: Name, First name, email, professional function, phone number, frontside of your identity card.

Origin of the data: Your personal data are directly collected from you.

Legal basis: This processing activity is based on your consent. By contacting ARC Europe via its webform or email, you consent to the processing of your personal data for the handling of your requests and/or questions in accordance with this Privacy Notice.

Data retention period: 10 years after the contact. The frontside of the ID card is deleted immediately after its use.


Your rights as Data Subject


The GDPR gives you rights that allow you control over your personal data. The exercise of those rights is in principle free of charge. ARC Europe will act on your request within one month of the receipt of this request.

You have the right to request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data. 

To do so, you must send an email to including a copy of the frontside of your identity card. Please note that in order to exercise your rights, and to prevent any unlawful disclosure of your personal data, we need to verify your identity.
